1.1 Parties to the Agreement

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, meaning you must wager ten times the combined total of your deposit and bonus. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200; the bonus funds become withdrawable after total wagers of ৳2,200 × 10 = ৳22,000.

4.3 VIP Program

The bk000 VIP Program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback benefit at each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher tiers through continued active participation and loyalty to the platform.

4.4 Bonus Cancellation

bk000 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice. If these Terms are breached, the bonus may be cancelled and, where applicable, the account may be suspended.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation or exploitation of technical errors.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Using funds obtained from illegal sources (money laundering) on the platform.
• Colluding against other users.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's technical systems.

5.2 Results and Dispute Resolution

All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). If you have a dispute regarding a betting outcome, please contact our support team within 72 hours. bk000's decision will be considered final and binding.

5.3 Technical Issues

bk000 will not be liable for any transaction or game outcome arising from a technical fault or server outage. In such circumstances, bk000 reserves the right to void or review the relevant bet.

bk000 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
